PAYMENT METHODS:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Guest credit card on file will be charged for the first night stay ( if the credit card is declined for first night booking you will be sent an email advising to update within 24 hours to avoid cancellation of your reservation).
We do not accept any checks and we do not cash travelers checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Standard Reservation for Weekdays, 2-Day Weekends, Holiday/Special Events: You must cancel your reservation no later than noon, 3 days prior to your check-in date or you will be charged the first night cancellation fee, if you cancel the day of arrival and for NO-SHOW you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Reservations for Group Bookings Receiving a Special Rate and Major Holiday/Events like Whisky Flats, July 4th, Labor Day and Memorial Day Weekend: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance being paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation or change in number of rooms must be made no later than noon, 14 days prior to your check-in date to avoid cancellation charges.
We understand that emergencies arise. We will consider exigent circumstances with the sole remedy being a credit towards a future stay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The management assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for Accidents, Injuries, or Theft. All Rooms are NON SMOKING. There is NO SMOKING within 25FT of the Building. NO FISH CLEANING in the room. Pets in Designated Pet-Friendly rooms only. Pets are to be on leash at all times. Do not leave pets in the room unattended. Please clean up after your pet. Guests are responsible for Any & All damages to Room. If you are caught doing any of the above mentioned, there will be up to a $250.00 charge to Credit Card on file.

WORRY FREE BOOKING POLICY:
Worry-Free Bookings are completed through a third party and the hotel is not liable for the cancellation/refund in the event that the selection is made. Please DO NOT call the Hotel for Cancellation or Refund for a Worry Free Booking. Follow the confirmation email link you received once you purchase a Worry Free Booking to apply for Cancellation or Refund.

Deposits & Payments:
A Deposit of Full Amount for the First Night is collected at the time of making the Reservation.
